Objectives This is a protocol for Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: overall aim of the review to determine effectiveness interventions prevent obesity in 12 18‐year‐old children and adolescents. four are: evaluate effects that modify dietary intake on changes zBMI score, BMI serious adverse events among adolescents; physical activity, sedentary behaviour, sleep, play and/or structured exercise combined both activity/movement behaviours compare with those children. secondary designed explore if, how, why zBMI/BMI varies depending following PROGRESS factors.
